Today, she works as an Executive Producer, Actress, and Creative Lead, developing films and visual narratives for both brands and independent projects.

Originally trained in architecture, Quang approaches storytelling through structure, space, and intention. With more than 10 years of experience directing across the game and film industries, he has developed a visual language where elegance meets precision, and every detail serves a purpose.

His work is shaped by a deep interest in world-building – creating images, environments, and narratives that feel both cinematic and emotionally grounded. He believes each frame should carry meaning and invite people into a world beyond the screen.

Today, his focus is dedicated to creating films, branding stories, and building worlds that stay with people long after the experience ends.

What you’ll do:
– Write captions and short-form scripts (Reels, TikTok, IG)
– Brainstorm content ideas aligned with brand direction
– Develop storytelling for projects (film, campaigns, social)
– Work closely with director / editor to maintain tone & vision

Requirements:
– Able to write in a tone that is playful yet thoughtful
– Strong sense of film / storytelling is a big advantage
– Not “safe writing” — must have a distinct voice
– Able to research and understand audience

Bonus points:
– Watch many films (and actually remember them)
– Portfolio of content / scripts

What you’ll do:
– Compositing, clean-up, visual effects
– Create effects that serve storytelling (not just aesthetics)
– Collaborate with editor / director to achieve intended visuals
Requirements:
– Proficient in industry-standard software
– Strong understanding of lighting, perspective, and realism
– Your VFX feels authentic, not “fake”
– Portfolio required
Bonus points:
– Experience in film / narrative projects
– Strong cinematic taste

What you’ll do:
– Plan content (weekly / monthly)
– Manage platforms (IG, TikTok, FB, etc.)
– Track performance and optimize
– Maintain consistency in brand voice
Requirements:
– Understand platforms (algorithms + user behavior)
– Strong content + data mindset
– Proactive — doesn’t wait for instructions
– Good aesthetic sense
Bonus points:
– Experience building pages / channels
– Understanding of creative / film industry

What you’ll do:
– Assist EP with scheduling and daily operations
– Follow production timelines
– Coordinate communication across teams

– Support talent throughout projects
– Manage schedules and needs of talent
– Ensure talent is always in the best condition to perform

Requirements:
– Highly organized, patient, and flexible
– Clear, fast communication with emotional awareness
– High sense of responsibility, no drama
– Strong prioritization skills

Bonus points:
– Experience in production / agency environments
– Able to handle “creative chaos”

– Experience working with KOLs / talent
– High EQ (more important than IQ in this role)
