With a background in finance, Chang graduated from the Special Program jointly offered by the University of Rennes (France) and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH). Her work is shaped by the intersection of strategic thinking and creative vision, grounded in practical experience and an international perspective.
Before stepping into producing film, Chang worked across multiple departments on film sets, building a comprehensive understanding of the filmmaking process from the ground up. Working both behind and in front of the camera has given her a unique perspective – one that bridges the producer’s responsibility for execution with the actor’s sensitivity to character and emotion. This balance allows her to develop projects that are both creatively compelling and practically achievable.
Today, Chang is developing narrative films and branded content where production strategy, cinematic storytelling, and human emotion exist in harmony. She believes the strongest projects are built through thoughtful production decisions that unite artistic ambition with real-world execution.
For her, filmmaking is where finance, creativity, and emotion converge. When these three elements are in balance, an idea has the foundation to grow into a story that resonates both on screen and beyond.

Xuất thân từ lĩnh vực tài chính và được đào tạo tại Chương trình Đặc biệt của Đại học Rennes (Pháp) kết hợp cùng Đại học Kinh tế TP. Hồ Chí Minh (UEH), Chang mang đến cách tiếp cận giao thoa giữa tư duy chiến lược và sáng tạo, được nuôi dưỡng từ góc nhìn thực tiễn và môi trường hội nhập quốc tế.
Bắt đầu sự nghiệp qua nhiều vai trò trong đoàn phim, cô xây dựng nền tảng toàn diện về quy trình sản xuất trước khi mở rộng hành trình với vai trò diễn viên. Trải nghiệm ở cả phía sau và phía trước ống kính giúp cô kết nối góc nhìn của nhà sản xuất với cảm nhận của người biểu diễn, từ đó cân bằng giữa tính khả thi của một dự án và chiều sâu cảm xúc trong từng câu chuyện.
Hiện nay, Chang hoạt động đa lĩnh vực: Giám đốc sản xuất, Dựng phim, Sáng tạo nội dung và Diễn xuất, tập trung phát triển các dự án điện ảnh và phim thương hiệu. Cô theo đuổi những tác phẩm nơi chiến lược sản xuất, nghệ thuật kể chuyện và cảm xúc con người cùng song hành. Chang tin rằng giá trị bền vững được tạo nên khi tài chính, nghệ thuật và con người tìm được tiếng nói chung thông qua những quyết định sản xuất đúng đắn.
